A cheese scoop is one of those intriguing looking items from the past that is just as useful in the modern world! Use it to scoop soft cheese, like a Roquefort. I always add one to a charcuterie board at a party. It really is the perfect tool to have on hand. These scoops (two styles from which to choose; details below) each have silverplated heads and celluloid handles. A real treasure...and a conversation piece!
