The classic Laguoile cheese knives have been made in (or near) Laguoile, France for almost a century. This set, made by the Jean Dubost company, is a set of three cheese knives: a cleaver, a standard cheese knife, and a spreader. With lovely handles in shades of natural linen, these are sturdy cheese knives that cut well and don't wobble through the cheese as they slice. They are accented by the bee on the handle, a classic symbol in France ascribed to Napoleon. Made of French stainless steel, the knives come with a certificate of authenticity.
