Mulling Spice Infuser Ball

Treat friends and family to homemade mulled cider (or wine) this Christmas season. This large, mulling spice ball can contain the mulling spices that you use to infuse flavor into mulled wine, mulled cider, or traditional wassail. It hangs from the side of a pot from a hook and tiny chain. Simply undo the clasp on the side and insert approximately two tablespoons of mulling spices.

Our family's annual Christmas party always includes hot wassail, a perennial favorite with our friends. In 2019, when vacationing in the UK at Christmas time, we had the pleasure of attending a couple of Christmas markets, where we enjoyed steaming cups of mulled wine and mulled cider served from bubbling copper pots. Ahhh...the aroma just says Christmas!
