Pizza Peel

Serving pizza straight from the pizza peel is a great way to give that wood-fired pizzeria feel to your summer al fresco dinners. The tapered edge slides easily under your pizza, and the natural wood prevents raw dough from sticking to it. Remove pizza from oven, grill, or pizza oven with the peel, cut in slices on the peel, and then use the peel as a serving platter.

• as with other wood products, DO NOT soak in water, or it can warp or crack
